Nh Collection Torino Piazza Carlina Hotel

We loved the central location of this hotel, making it easy to walk to all the main sights in town. It was close to everywhere but far enough from cheesy touristy areas. The hotel facilities were fantastic, offering a rooftop bar and a great restaurant with excellent food. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were very kind and helpful, and we especially want to thank Giuseppe and Ioanna for their assistance in locating and returning a forgotten bag.

Elegant palace, close to attractions and restaurants. Good facilities, great breakfast, comfortable bed and room. Efficient and kind pre-check-in to checkout. Wonderful restaurant, buffet, parking, and bathroom. Exceptional staff, lovely courtyard breakfast, cool modern rooms. Surprisingly good for a chain.

The room was clean and well-designed. The hotel staff, especially Milnia at reception, were amazing and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety of options. The hotel building was impressive and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic, being in the center of Turin and near popular attractions.

This hotel is in a great location close to many attractions within walking distance in the centre of town. The staff was excellent and very helpful with any questions or needs. The hotel is beautifully restored with a mix of historical and modern decor and the rooms are very comfortable with great amenities, including a coffee machine and kettle. The continental breakfast served in the courtyard is delicious with lots of fresh options.

I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service in the middle of everything.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the riverfront and city center. The room was large and very comfortable, with a clean and well-stocked bathroom. The staff went above and beyond, they were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and terrace for some relaxation after a long day of exploring. it was a great experience.

There was a minor issue with the reception staff being distracted during check-in, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all the main attractions. We especially enjoyed the bar, offering an extensive menu of sake cocktails, and the gym, well-equipped and not overcrowded. The breakfast, although not perfect, had a decent quality of food and a variety of options to choose from. The attentive staff made our experience even better, always ready to assist us with any request or inquiry. NH Collection was great, and we highly recommend it for a wonderful stay in Turin.
